✅ Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures. ✅ Manage bookings and reservations professionally. ✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service. ✅ Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment.

Qualifications:

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Experience in hospitality or front desk management is an advantage. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems.
